We got 19 inches of snow here in NYC throughout the day yesterday and last night.
Seemed a good reason to do some baking.
This morning it was Vegan Chocolate Chip Scones!
The recipe was adapted a bit from Colleen Patrick-Goudreau's The Joy Of Vegan Baking.
The subtitle is The compassionate Cooks Traditional Treats and Sinful Sweets.
